You already have a toll free number?

In order to move a toll free number from your current carrier to Protel's provider, we need to have your signed authorization in which all of your toll free numbers and their ring-on numbers are listed. This form, known in the industry as a RESPORG (Responsible Organization), is then submitted to your current carrier. Your current carrier must then relinquish its responsibility for the number and transfer it to the new service provider.

To begin saving money on your toll free numbers, click here, print out the RESPORG form, complete it and fax it to us at 888-442-1477 or mail it to Protel Telecommunications, 26275 Riverview Drive, Wilder, Idaho 83676-5711.
