Now Get Paid to Tell your Friends about Protel Long Distance

The penny you save every minute!You've told your friends about our personalized service and our low rates. Now when three of your friends sign up, we will lower your domestic interstate residential dial +1 and inbound rates by one cent/minute¹ and give you 1% of their monthly usage charges applied to your long distance bill!

For most of you, that will mean your rate will go down from 5.4¢ per minute to 4.4¢. Month after month, as long as your referrals use Protel for their long distance calls, you will continue to earn 1% of their total usage charges² applied to your own bill.

You don't have to sell anything, you don't sign anyone up; all you have to do is tell your friends and associates about how happy you are with your long distance service. You don't even have to tell them to tell us of who referred them because we will ask them.

What are the terms and conditions of this program?

  1. The referred customer will receive the same rate as your rate, whenever possible (intra-state rates vary by state).
  2. This referral program is available to residential customers only.
  3. The referral can be either a residential or business customer.
  4. Reductions in your rate are granted AFTER the three referrals are credit approved and hooked up to service.
  5. Additional referrals count toward bill reduction, but no further rate reductions (beyond the one cent already given) will be issued.
  6. Credits will not appear until ninety days after the third qualifying referral is on service.
  7. If the credit amount exceeds your bill, you will have a credit balance on the next statement. No checks will be issued. If you terminate service, any accrued credit will be forfeited.
  8. Total credits may not exceed $500 per calendar year.
  9. The terms of the Customer Referral Program may change at any time.
  10. This is not a multi-level program. Your benefits are limited to those new customers you personally referred. If they refer customers, only they will receive credit.

¹ Rate reduction applies only to domestic interstate and toll free calls and excludes intrastate, international and calling card rates
² Usage refers to the actual cost of the calls themselves and excludes all federal, state and local taxes, fees, monthly recurring charges, assessments, late payment fees, etc.
