Prepaid Calling Cards can save you money

We offer a selection of prepaid calling cards we believe are the most favorable. Prepaid cards might allow you to more inexpensively contact individuals in Iraq or Afghanistan. Calls from the U.S. to Iraq are as low as 9 cents a minute and to Afghanistan as low as 35 cents a minute (on September 10, 2005).

Before making a choice on any prepaid calling card, ask yourself the following questions.

1. Will I be able to use the minutes I paid for before the card expires?
2. May I use the card where I plan to travel?
3. Are you willing to press extra buttons to save money?
4. Are you willing to compromise call quality to save money? Not all cards offer the same call quality.
5. Did you check the web site or the fine print for connection fees, charges, taxes which will use up the value of the card? A card with a connection fee generally will offer a lower per minute fee. Use those cards for long calls.
6. Is there a weekly or monthly service (maintenance) fee deducted from the value of the card?
7. Did you check the billing increment of the card? Some may be as long as three minutes.
8. Are uncompleted calls charged against the card?
9. And last - Will you be able to keep the card secure and be able to access it when you want to make a phone call?
