We offer three local service packages
Call to Connect Simple: Our most popular and economical plan provides unlimited local calls and 30 minutes of unlimited long distance in the continental United States. Additional toll Service Area (LATA) and interLATA billed at Protel's low rates.*

Call to Connect: This plan provides unlimited local calls and 120 minutes of unlimited long distance in the continental United States. Additional toll Service Area (LATA) and interLATA billed at Protel's low rates.*

Call to Connect Plus: Our deluxe plan provides unlimited local calls and 120 minutes of unlimited long distance in the continental United States. This plan also includes the following three custom calling features: Caller ID with name, Call Waiting and Caller ID Waiting. Additional toll Service Area (LATA) and interLATA billed at Protel's low rates.*

* » Domestic long distance includes the 48 continental US.
» Customer must select PNG for both local long distance and long distance service to receive inclusive minutes or free minutes are forfeited. Another LD provider may be used and customer must provide us with that company's 4-digit PIC code. That LD company must do their own billing. PNG cannot bill another company's LD calls on our bill.
» Interstate rate of 5.4¢/minute applies after exceeding included long distance minutes. Intrastate rate for excess minutes vary by state. (See chart below.)
» Custom calling features may not be available in all areas.
» Package prices include the charge for the dial tone.
» Package prices do not include the monthly subscriber line charge of $6.50

At present, local telephone service through PowerNet Global is available in fourteen states. The pricing schedule and available service areas for the three plans are listed below. The RBOC (Regional Bell Operating Company) provides you with your white pages. In order to determine whether we can provide service to your telephone number, you will have to call us at 1-800-477-6835 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Mountain Time, Monday through Friday. No obligation, of course.
