PowerNet Global

• The easiest way to sign up for PowerNet Global Service is to call us at 1-800-477-6835 (800-4-PROTEL)

• To sign up for PowerNet Global offerings, click on the desired selection below, download, fill in the application completely and sign it. When you are taken to the new services application, complete that portion of the application relevant to your selection. If you opt to complete the application yourself, fax the completed (and signed) application to 1-800-442-1477 or mail the completed (and signed) application to Protel, 26275 Riverview Drive, Wilder, ID 83676-5711.
  • Sign up for any of PNG's services on the web.
  • Application for residential or business long distance service
  • Application for local service
  • Application for cellular service
  • Application to add additional (overflow) lines to new or existing service
  • Application for a new toll free number (a stand alone feature)
  • Transfer an existing toll free number to PowerNet Global (RESPORG form). What is a RESPORG form?
  • A calling card (a stand alone feature)
  • Internet service, either standard dial-up ($9.95/month) or High Speed ($12.95/month) available. (We recommend you call PNG directly for this service at 1-877-599-2295; an application is available by clicking here.)
  • Web Hosting application
  • PowerDial low rate long distance without switching carriers (a stand alone feature)
  • PowerConference Moderator sheet and new service application both required to sign up for Power Conferencing.

All applications for PNG service requiring a phone number be moved from one carrier to another require third party verification. If you fax (to 1-888-442-1477) or mail (Protel Telecommunications, 26275 Riverview Drive, Wilder, Idaho 83676-5711) an application, you will be phoned to complete this simple verification process on the phone whereby you identify yourself and state that you truly wish to transfer the number. Please indicate when would be the best to call you.
